Santos Rosewood
Description :
Is among the most beautiful and most expressive/ expensive woods on this earth. Plain sliced revealing a milk-chocolate brown to red-brown heartwood with black veining. Brought on the market as a substitute for Jacaranda Rosewood which Brazil banned the export of logs since 1968.
Used for only the highest quality architectural woodwork, automobile dashboards, and marquetry.
